Terms and Conditions 
Your entry to Get Off Your Arts is strictly subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Get off your Arts Exhibition is a not-for-profit exhibition open to all artists. Numerous prizes and awards are available, as well as free performance space and advertising for section winners.
- The theme for the competition is "The Future".
- Monies raised from this exhibition will be be put towards running the competition in 2011.
- An Entry fee of $20 (Concession $12) applies to each creative work entered apart from the 12 Years and Under section which has an entry fee of $5 for each work. This is a non-refundable fee and will not ensure your work will be exhibited. Participants may enter as many works as they would like, providing they pay the entry fee for each work.
- Two judges will adjudicate most awards. The judges' panel will select works to be exhibited if insufficient space makes selection necessary. The judges' decision is final.
- All entries must be hand delieved or received by 6:00pm Tuesday 16 November 2010. Postal address is Attn GOYA, PO Box 121, GLEBE 2037. Street address is 37-47 St John's Rd (cnr Colbourne Ave), GLEBE.
- Entries must include a fully completed entry form and payment for each work entered. Payment may be made via paypal, cash or cheque and made payable to Glebe CafeChurch.
- Artworks should not previously have been entered into Get Off Your Arts.
- We ask that artists be sensitive to the environment in which the artworks are to be displayed. An acceptable level of theme and content should be no higher than a M15+ rating.
- Visual artworks should be a maximum of 1.5m by 1.5m (including frame) or 1.
5m x 1.5m x 1.5m for 3D artworks. Multiple parts for works must keep within these limits. Works should be well presented with secure hooks in the top right and top left corners of the work. No Velcro dots or pins. Glebe CafeChurch reserves the right to reject wet, dangerous or delicate works that cannot be safely exhibited.- Installations need to be discussed with GOYA Team prior to entering to ensure sufficient space is available.
- Performance artists must be available to perform on 24 November, and 1st December if shortlisted, unless otherwise negotiated with GOYA.
- Music compositions and film/animation should be under 10 minutes duration in their entirety.
- Recordings of music compositions should be submitted on CD only.
- Recordings of film and animation works should be submitted on disk or DVD only.
- All artworks must be clearly marked with artist's name, email address, contact phone number, title of work, category of entry and price or 'not for sale'.
- If selected, artists agree not to withdraw their work before the close of the exhibition.
- Artists wishing to sell their work must include GST. A 30% commission will also be imposed by Glebe CafeChurch, to go towards administering subsequent GOYAs.
- GOYA reserves the right to publish any entered work for the purposes of promoting/reporting on this, or subsequent, GOYAs.
- Artists must organise their own insurance for damage or loss by any means, including theft. However, all reasonable care will be taken.
- All works must be signed in at delivery and collection. Necessary identification or authorisation is required when collecting works.
- All artwork must be collected on Monday 6 December 2010 between 4pm- 8pm. Any remaining works will be kept for one week and will then be disposed of as Glebe CafeChurch sees fit.
- Glebe CafeChurch may allow works on display to be reproduced by the media during the exhibition.
